2009 BMR Housing Market Outlook + Location Analysis AREA, as the largest real estate information, valuation and research centre in Thailand held the above conference every half a year to present findings of 1,300 housing projects offered in the market and some 400 newly launched real estate projects of all types as well as prices changes and other issues as well. There were some 95 participants of developers at The Sukhothai Hotel Bangkok.
