งานนี้ชื่อ MIPIM 2020 (www.mipim.com) ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในระหว่างวันที่ 10 ถึง 13 มีนาคม 2563  ณ Palais Des Festival ศูนย์ประกวดภาพยนตร์นานาชาติ เมืองคานส์ ประเทศฝรั่งเศส งานนี้จัดต่อเนื่องมานับสิบๆ ปี โดยถือเป็นงานมหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลกมีผู้เข้าร่วมจากทุกมุมโลกหลายหมื่นคน ท่านที่จะไปขายทรัพย์สินในระดับนานาชาติต้องไปออกงานในงานนี้เท่านั้น

The information covers :

1. Exhibition:

Different stand dimensions and packages are proposed. Due to a high number of requests please let us know without delay if you are interested.

2. Registration:

FIABCI Members can benefit from preferential registration rates, as follows:

* 1030 euros, taxes excluded, instead of 1975 euros if registering before 15 January 2020

* 1150 euros, taxes excluded, if registering between 15 January and 26 February 2020

* 1870 euros, taxes excluded, afterwards.

Registration requests have to be sent via the Chapter (Dr.Sopon) to FIABCI HQ and will be submitted to MIPIM’s validation.

3. Gala Dinner:

This is a ticketed event, shortly registrations will be open online on https://fiabci.org/en/mipim. The ticket price is 150 euros.

It is possible to book a table of 10 people and invite guests. The table will be identified with the company’s name.

4. Hotel accommodation:

As last year we have privatized the Sainte Valerie Hotel in Juan les Pins/Antibes from Monday 9 to Friday 13 March (which corresponds to the 4 nights minimum stay).

The rooms available are:

* 2 Double Superior: 200 euros per night, breakfast for one person included and tourist tax (2,50 euros per night) excluded. The breakfast for the accompanying person, if any, costs 20 euros per night.

* 17 Double Executives: 245 euros per night, breakfast for one person included and tourist tax (2,50 euros per night) excluded. The breakfast for the accompanying person, if any, costs 20 euros per night.

* 4 Double Suites: 325 euros per night, breakfast for one person included and tourist tax (250 euros per night) excluded. The breakfast for the accompanying person, if any, costs 20 euros per night.
