Dr.Francis P. F. Lai is a Singaporean and now a New Zealander.  He was formerly a consultant to Royal Thai Government on Valuation.  He is a retired chartered surveyor qualified in both property valuation and quantity surveying.  He had both private and corporate clients in China, Indonesia, Malayasia, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand.  He is also a good friend and a mentor to our Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs
