The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Thai) hosted the prestigious FIABCI-Thai Prix d’Excellence Awards 2025 ceremony at a grand gala dinner held on the evening of Saturday, July 5, 2025, in the Royal Orchid Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel, Bangkok.

 

Among the distinguished recipients this year was “The Treasure Gold Bangna Km.34” by PATCO PLATINUM CO.,LTD.  which received an award in the Residential (Low Rise) category.  

 

The award was accepted by:

Dr. Suebwong Sukamongkol Chairman of the Executive Board, PATCO Group and PATCO Platinum Co., Ltd.

 

The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Wuttipong Jittangsakul, Inspector-General of the Ministry of Finance, along with Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai, President of FIABCI-Thai and President of the Agency for Real Estate Affairs (AREA), Mr. Farook Mahmood, Past President of FIABCI International, and Mr. Rusmin Lawin, President of FIABCI Asia Pacific.
