On Tuesday, November 7, 2017, we visited luxury housing for sale and a housing project for joint venture purposes in a few interesting projects in Encino, Los Angeles, California which are also worthwhile to share among our colleagues.

1. Millions Dollar Homes

We visited two luxury homes for sale. The first one belonged to a sportsman.  Its price was some 5.9 million dollars situated on a land area of some 2,300 sq.metres of land. The second one belong to another sportsman. It was offered at 7 million dollars on a land area of 4,000 sq.metres.

2. Visiting a developer for joint venture purposes.

We came to explore the costs and profits of developing a housing project in California. We also learned the nature of housing construction and an opportunity to a joint venture with local developers in the future.

 

 

 

3. Santa Monica

Santa Monica is a coastal city west of downtown Los Angeles with a total number of population of 90,000 with a land area of 24 sq.kilometres. Santa Monica Beach is fringed by Palisades Park, with views over the Pacific Ocean. Santa Monica Pier is home to the Pacific Park amusement park, historic Looff Hippodrome Carousel and Santa Monica Pier Aquarium.

 

 

Our team of some 20 people in the field of real estate from Thailand came to California during November 4-13, 2017.
