In mid of December 2017, our executives at the Agency for Real Estate Affairs had international activities around Asia.  During December 14 to 18, 2017, Ms.Pattama Chantranukul, Executive Director, Agency for Real Estate Affairs as a Treasury and Board Member of the FIABCI Thailand went to Ulsan by the invitation of FIABCI Korea to connect real estate business of Ulsan City to international communities.

 

 

 

 

In addition, During December 15-16, 2017, Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs went to speak about properties market in the ASEAN Region in Phnom Penh.  Dr.Sopon went to teach in Cambodia since 2008 and have had regular surveys and valuation mission on real estate and intangible assets in Cambodia.

 

 

 

 

 

Mr.Warat Khemthongcharoen, our senior valuer from Agency for Real Estate Affairs went to conduct a valuation report in Shitose, Hokkaido, Japan.  This is a valuation of real estate for possible transaction purposes.  As understood, many areas in Hokkaido is great for ski resort development and residences.  Prior to the actual transaction, this valuation must be conducted for a wise investment decision making.
