During August 13 to 15, 2015, 2018, the Thai Real Estate Business School (www.trebs.ac.th) which is the education arm of the Agency for Real Estate Affairs (www.area.co.th) is organizing a class on AP140: Valuation of Complex Properties (www.trebs.ac.th/ap140) at the Thai Real Estate Business School with participants from Austria, Cambodia, India, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, New Zealand, the Philippines, South Africa, Thailand and Uganda.  This is already the third batch of this course.

This course is taught by Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, our School Director and senior valuers from the Agency who have extensive and intensive experience in valuing properties in Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and South America.  These teaching case studies were amended from our real work in the field.  However, confidential information could not be released to the public.
