On August 24, 2018, Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs and President, Thai Appraisal Foundation went to present a paper on How to Price Properties in Fluctuating markets at the ASEAN Real Estate Network Alliance (ARENA) which was held at the Sofitel, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
