Dr.Sopon, as the President of the Thai Appraisal & Estate Agents Foundation would like to honor our brokers of the year to the general public and to learn from them.

Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai, President of the Agency for Real Estate Affairs as well as the President of the Thai Appraisal & Estate Agents Foundation (TAF) which is a member of the ARENA (ASEAN Real Estate Network Alliance) would like to honor our Thailand brokers of the Year, 2019.

On August 1, 2019, the Foundation announced to the public for the application for the Thailand’s brokers of the Year 2019 (https://bit.ly/2Yx4jcl).  It would be considered in accordance with their profile, recent successes, contribution to brokerage profession, social contribution and the like. The deadline for the application was August 13, 2019.  A selection committee was appointed by the Chairman of the Foundation, Prof. Niputh Jitprasong to select best brokers of the year.

On August 14, 2019, five executives from five brokers firms were selected as the Brokers of the Year including ERA Property Network Co.,Ltd., Forbest Property Co.,Ltd., Suvarnabhumi Estate Agency Co.,Ltd., S.T General Consultant Holdings Co.,Ltd. and Zion Real Estate Co.,Ltd.  On the same day, Ms.Ranida Poonaeim, the top executive of the ERA Property Network Co.,Ltd. which was one of the winners were proposed to the Secretary General of the ARENA for the preparation to put her name onto the plaque to deliver to her at the ARENA Convention on August 23, 2019.

On August 21, 2019, the Thai Appraisal & Estate Agents Foundation organized an award ceremony for the five selected Brokers of the Year, 2019 in Bangkok.  Dr.Prateep Tangmatitham, Chairman of the Supalai Plc who is our Chairman of the Advisory Board together with our board members and witnesses delivered the plaque of appreciation signed by Our Chairman of the Foundation and Dr.Sopon as the Founder to them.

On August 23, 2019, at the ARENA Convention, Ms. Ranida Poonaeim was sick so she was not able to go to receive the award in Yangon herself.  Her representative or Dr.Sopon who represented ARENA in Thailand was not allowed to receive the plaque of appreciation in lieu of her.

However, our Foundation would like to announce that Ms.Ranida Poonaeim was chosen by us as the broker of the year.  In the past, Ms.Natchita Phoomngoen, the top executive from the Winner Estate was also selected by our Foundation as Thailand’s brokers of the Year in 2017.  She  received her award in the ARENA convention in Kuala Lumpur.  Next year in 2020, we will have another selection of this post to honor our brokers in Thailand again.
