FIABCI Thai - Thai Appraisal - AREA did this webinar session on property value after Covid-19 on July 15 (Wednesday), 2020.  This discussed about property shocks after different disasters would be presented such as Tsunami in Aceh (2004), Fukushima Tsunami & Radiation (2011), Typhoon Haiyan in Tacloban (2013) and Earthquake in Kathmandu (2015).  In addition, there would be comparative analyses of the Saving & Loan Crisis (1988), the Asian Financial Crisis in 1997 and the 2007-8 Global Financial Crisis in comparison to the Covid-19 disaster.
