Real estate related associations in Thailand can become principal members of FIABCI-Thai and enjoy benefit as a window for international real estate networking.

 

Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs and President, FIABCI-Thai welcome all real estate-related association in Thailand to become FIABCI-Thai Principal members.  FIABCI is a worldwide business networking organization for all professionals associated with the real estate industry with about 1,000,000 associate members located in more than 70 countries.

 

Professional Associations in areas where there is a FIABCI Chapter should apply for Principal Membership to that Chapter (FIABCI-Thai: info@fiabci-thai.org). Admission of Chapter members will be declared by the Chapter authorities; however, admission of their Principal Members shall be subject to approval of the Board of Directors and ratification by the General Assembly of FIABCI, in the twelve months following said admission.

 

What does FIABCI International offer to its Principal Members?

Services provided to Principal Members by FIABCI chapters, vary from chapter to chapter. Applicants are invited to inquire with the FIABCI Chapter in their area.  Services provided to Principal Members by FIABCI International, are as follows:

• Your Association’s name listed in the annual FIABCI Directory, which is distributed to all our members worldwide;
• Two copies of the annual FIABCI Directory;
• Your Association’s name listed on the FIABCI global website (www.fiabci.org), including contact information, logo and hyperlink to your association’s website;
• Access to a range of services in the members-only section of www.fiabci.org, such as free downloading of documentation, information and registration forms of our events;
• Visitors to the FIABCI web site www.fiabci.org can search for courses, certifications, and publications offered by FIABCI’s Principal Members. If it corresponds to the search criteria, information pertaining to your institution comes up in the search results. By joining FIABCI, your institution can improve its exposure on a worldwide level.
• E-Newsletters (FIABCI uncovered) and E-Calendar sent on a monthly;
• Advanced Member profile and a Membership Certificate to be downloaded from the personal profile.

 

EVENTS:

• Preferential registration rates for FIABCI’s annual World Real Estate Congress;
• Minimum registration fees to attend the annual Global Business Summit;
• Invitations and / or preferential rates for other national and global events such as MIPIM (Cannes, UK, Asia, Proptech…) and IELPE;
• A voting right at the FIABCI General Assembly for one appointed representative;
