Dr.Sopon as a Judge of the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards

Recently, the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards Secretariat appointed Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, FIABCI-Thai to be a judge of the 2023 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards.  Dr.Sopon has served as a judge for many times particularly in sustainable development, housing, new tow developments and special purposes buildings.

 

FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards recognizes the projects that best embodies excellence in all real estate disciplines involved in its creation. It illustrates concretely the FIABCI ideal of 'providing society with the optimal solution to its property needs.

 

Awarded by an International Panel of Judges comprising top real estate professionals and experts to rewards on its overall merits and not just aesthetics, functionality or size only.  It, therefore, represents an outstanding achievement and bestows upon the Winners the right to use the coveted exclusive World Prix d'Excellence Awards' logo. Winners are also gain access to an unique international platform for their projects and companies throughout the extensive FIABCI's network of more than 60 members' countries and over 120 real estate professional organizations, worldwide.

 

The World Prix d’Excellence is much more than just a beauty contest; it represents projects that are a cut above the rest!

 

Note: For projects in Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and United States of America, only the Winners of the Chapter’s award are eligible to participate (MUST fulfill basic criteria). A site visit (except re-submission) will be carried out for projects submitted from countries without a Chapter award, if needed. Note: No project shall be allowed to re-enter for the same category of which it has won an award earlier for that category, disregard the Gold Winner or Silver Winner.
