About Mr.Kijner: Since age 15, delved in international tradings, barters, compensations, and commissions in France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South and Central America, USA. Managing real estate diversification as family investments, managements, renovating, buying, selling, and leasing residential, commercial, builder & developer of lands, subdivisions, in-fills in Paris, southeast of French Riviera, alone and with partners, renovations, flipping and keeping. The University of Paris Dauphine is my alma mater for my 1974 MBA, 1973 M.S. 1976 - 1978 “dess” doctoral studies.* in 1991, opening a full brokerage in Paris, France, managing for 25 years properties both commercial and residential for our family and third parties, clients, investors.
From 1998 as a legal and permanent resident in the USA, with activities as well in Bangkok and other locations in Thailand with a period of times inroads for joint ventures and deals with locals in Vietnam, and Hong Kong to mostly help ready willing, and able investors to buy in USA, the European Union. Asia is being managed by my son and daughter.
NAR member since 2006, currently a team partner as a broker associate with the Machado Kijner Group with compass Florida, office in Miami, covering east and west coast of Florida, and New York. Our team, currently with 12 members, was recognized as one of us top deal makers including in luxury, doing commercial, residential, and business opportunities, with some $250 million closed in 2022 as per ranking in the 2023 Tom Ferry and Realtrands “the thousand”.
