On Thursday, January 18, 2024, Mr. P Madhu, Chairman, IOV Hyderabad brought a group of 20 valuers to be training at our Thai Real Estate Business School.  The topic is about the Effects of High-Rise Building Development on Surrounding Areas and Valuation Issues.  Then in the afternoon, we went to visit a high-income condominium in the fringe of Bangkok and another medium-income condominium in the fringe of Bangkok as well.

Our School delivered a certificate of participation at the end of the class as a CPD (continuing professional development program) for 7 hours.
