Thisis a VDO on How the Landscape of Shopping Centres is Transformed. The FIABCI World Council of Experts held the above Webinar to see the innovative and updated landscape of shopping centres. 

 

The discussion was on:

• How to plan to develop a shopping centre.
• What should be the layout plan for each floor and each product / service.
• How to recruit tenants and how to do tenant mix.
• How to manage tenants to grow together.
• How to value a distressed shopping mall.

 

Speakers:

Mr. Sugwantono Tanto, Director, Ciputra Group, Indonesia.
He holds an Architecture Degree from Parahyangan Catholic University. He has joined Ciputra Group for 34 years and served as a Director. He is one of the founders and is currently the vice chairman of the Indonesian Shopping Center Association (Asosiasi Pengelola Pusat Belanja Indonesia-APPBI). He is also one of the initiators of Council of Asian Shopping Centers (CASC). Most of his experience is developing and managing shopping centers within Ciputra Group.

 

Mr. Ivan Velkov, President of FIABCI Bulgaria
Mr.Velkov is also the VP, FIABCI World Council of experts. He is economist, studied and graduated in Beijing’s Institute of Economics and Capital University of Economics and Business. He has an extensive managerial experience gained at International consultancy companies specialized in professional Real Estate services in the Far East and Southeast Europe region.  He is also a lecturer  at universities on real estate management. Currently he is also a Chairman of Bulgarian Facility Management Association and Member of the Board of Bulgarian Industrial Association.

 

Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, FIABCI-Thai.
He is the President, A board member of FIABCI International, President, FIABCI World Council of Experts and FIABCI Thailand Chapter. His firm, Agency for Real Estate Affairs has conducted valuation and feasibility studies of shopping centres in Thailand and many other countries including a gigantic mall valued at almost USD 1 billion.
