Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARs) will organize Vietnam Festival Real Estate Brokerage Day on June 28th - 29th , 2024, at the White Palace, No. 194 D. Hoang Van Thu, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan Dist., Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a key program of Vietnam's real estate market every year and invites Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Thai Appraisal & Estate Agents Foundation and FIABCI-Thai to join as a speaker.

 

The Program of this event as follows:

June 29th , 2024

+ VARS Conference: "Vietnamese real estate brokerage and the mission of raising the level";

+ VARS Awards: "Honoring the Real Estate Brokerage Profession 2024";

+ VARS Gala Dinner: Dinner party and Musical performance.

 

On the  morning June 30th,2024, Our Leaders would like to have a meeting with you to share some subjects concerning to training for real estate brokerage then invite you to  have lunch with us.

 

At the Talk Show of Event, please share with  audient about 15-20 minutes your opinions on this following questions:

1. How do your country regulate the conditions for practicing real estate brokerage?

2. How is the role of the state in managing and supervising real estate brokerage activities implemented in your country?

3. What are the necessary skills to become a professional real estate broker?

4. What are the standards and requirements for the conduct and character of a professional real estate broker in your country?

 

We respectfully invite you and members of your Association to attend in the "Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Day 2024". You will have complimentary two nights accomodation  (28-29th June,2024) and free entrance all day of Event . For others delegates entrance fee is only 80 USD (It's  include participation Conference, 2 refreshment  ,VARS Ceremony Awards , Gala Dinner).
