On December 2, 2024, Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs and President, Thai Appraisal & Estate Agents Foundation and Director, Thai Real Estate Business School organized the First World Congress on Resort Properties: Plan, Develop, Manage, Value, Buy & Sell in Pattaya, Thailand.

 

It was a successful event with over 100 participants from 15 countries.
