Real Estate Markets in Vietnam 2025

 

Dear delegates, distinguished guests and all reporters of the press and television stations.

 

First of all, on behalf of the Vietnam of Association Real Estate Estate Broker, I would like to express my deepest thanks to all of you. Thank you for taking your precious time to attend the Forum, event organized by the Association today.  Your presence is a great source of motivation for us, and all of our members working in the real estate brokerage field, to have more positive energy for the upcoming development journey.

 

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

Vietnam Real Estate Market Forum under the brand name VREF is an annual event, organized by the Vietnam Association Real Estate Brokers on a large scale and elaborately.  With the participation and professional support of a team of leading experts in the fields of economics, finance, real estate, law, and banking. Along with the companionship, provision of information and practical data from nearly 60 members of the VARS Market Research Working Group across the country. Over the past time, the Forum in particular and the Association's Market Report Announcement Workshops in general have always received the attention and follow-up of many groups of subjects in the market. The information provided by the Association has gradually become an indispensable spiritual food for the real estate community and related individuals and units.

 

Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

The Vietnamese real estate market in 2024 has passed the most difficult period with many positive recovery results and is still closely following the recovery process with much room for growth in the future. This is the result of the determination and close supervision of the Government, ministries and branches; the efforts of real estate enterprises; the support and companionship of the banking system.

 

Accordingly, 2024 is considered a pivotal year for the Vietnamese real estate market. Thanks to the great strides in perfecting the legal framework under the leadership of the Party and State, the direction and administration of the Government and the Prime Minister, along with the active participation of the entire political system, all levels and sectors.  This is not only an important foundation to overcome current difficulties but also marks the beginning of a period of strong and sustainable

transformation of the real estate market in the coming time.  With increasingly transparent and clear information for all economic sectors to participate.

To Summarize and review the activities of the Vietnamese real estate market in 2024 as well as forecast market trends in 2025, the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association organizes the Vietnam Real Estate Market Forum 2025, with the theme "Vietnam Real Estate Market is Ready to Enter a New Era"

 

The event promises to bring you a lot of multi-dimensional, practical and useful information, through published research results as well as sharing and discussion from experts and guests.

 

In particular, within the framework of today's Forum, there will be a section honoring projects that have contributed to creating a bright spot for the

overall picture of the market.

 

These are outstanding projects, selected based on strict criteria by the Council of Experts and the real estate community. We hope that honoring the projects will not only recognize the contributions of the projects to the general market but also motivate investors to continue to implement increasingly high-quality projects, meeting the increasingly high demands of customers and residents, bringing people a truly safe and convenient living space. Through today's Forum, we hope to bring all VARS members, individuals working in the real estate sector as well as reporters from newspapers and radio stations valuable information and assessments, so

that they can be best prepared for development in the coming time.
