FIABCI World Council of Expert would proudly like to organize a webinar on Proptech for the Future.  The guest speaker is Dr.Alina Aeby, Founder/President of Silicon Valley Proptech Association.  She would kindly overview the situation and foresee the future of PropTech. She may give some success stories of Proptech as well.  This will last for an hour.

2006 to Present: Global Real Estate Entrepreneur and Advisor, based in San Francisco, California

• Representing local and international real estate buyers, sellers and independent and institutional investors in San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley and Northern California’s Wine Country : residential, multi-units, commercial, hospitality, student housing, affordable housing; currently associated with COMPASS San Francisco for all California- related real estate business.
• Consulting and Representing investors in different international markets, leveraging a vast international professional network.
• Consulting services for international developers in order to build international marketing referral and networking platforms, promotional and presentation events, international buyers profiles, and requirements, involving digital twins technology 

 

2021-2022:National Association of Realtors (USA): Global Coordinator for Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa

• Coordinating real estate bilateral partnerships with 21 countries and 25 organizations on 3 continents and leading a team of 8 Global Ambassadors

• The bilateral collaborations are in matters as diverse as promoting and enabling a global standard of ethics in the real estate industry, NAR education, proptech, legal and UN-affiliated programs and partners (such as REACH, CCIM, Arello, REBI, IHC), real estate data exchange, events presentations, global affordable housing policies, sustainability, MLS, diversity and inclusion, and relations with local and state Global Business Councils throughout the US. 
• Currently spearheading the NAR Global and partners' efforts in aiding the Ukrainian real estate professionals with free professional education, membership, jobs, and financial aid. Goal: creating a NAR Global international housing relief fund, aiding Ukraine and available for potential future refugees, disasters and housing crises.

2020 to present: Realtyna, proptech company: VP of Investors Relations/ Board of Advisory member

• Marketing solution, MLS integration proptech company, headquartered in the USA and with a 40 employee tech operation in the country of Georgia.
• My role was to work on specific global networking and transaction platform, called RealtyFeed, using digital twins technology. My involvement was in the implementation, scalability, and investors and partnerships aspects, covering a strategic program implementation with FIABCI – International Real Estate Federation and assisting with the crowdfunding process on the Republic.co platform.
• The platform is currently in the testing stage.

 

2021 to present: Identifying and signing bilateral agreements with new global partners, in growing and strategic markets.

• Responsible for signing new bilateral agreements with Nigeria and Turkey in 2021 and Dubai Land Department, UAE in March 2022
