The FCP designation—the FIABCI Certified Global Real Estate Professional—is a prestigious credential designed to elevate real estate expertise and leadership. It is exclusively available to FIABCI regular members and associate members.

The designation comprises four comprehensive modules to build a holistic view of global real estate:

* Module 1: Oxford Future of Real Estate Certification – In partnership with the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, this module covers emerging trends, resilience, and commercial investment appraisal techniques.

* Module 2: Ethics & International Standards – Focuses on global industry standards and professional practice.

* Module 3: Real Estate Case Studies – Developed in partnership with organizations like Harley&Dikkinson, offering practical, hands-on learning.

* Module 4: Resilient Leadership & Agile Networking – Focuses on executive leadership, agile strategy, and global networking.
