Mr.Wason Khongchantr, the editor of the ThaiAppraisal which is the official journal of the Thai Appraisal Foundation went to contact with beneficiaries involved in Ho Chi Minh City for a preparation of a series of conferences and workshops which will be conducted by the Foundation in Vietnam in November and December 2007.
