Congratulation to the Deputy Governor In an occassion that Dr.Teerachon Manomaiphibul was appointed as a Deputy Governor of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, we went to contratulate him. Dr.Teerachon has been very generous to us as speaker and contributor to our research work. It is a very good opportunity for Bangkok to have such an exceptional executive to this administration.
