Housing Market Survey in Manila
Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai led a group of AREA research team to conduct a survey of housing markets in Manila. This was an attempt to expand our valuation and consultancy services to the ASEAN Region. AREA already conducted surveys of real estate in Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta and Phanom Penh. During this survey, AREA was generously assisted by Miss Suree Jirattikankul, Minister Counsellor (Commercial) and Mr.Vorathep Bundhuratana, Commercial Counsellor at the Royal Thai Embassy, Republic of the Philippines.
