2009 Mid-Year BMR Housing Market Outlook + Location Analysis AREA, as the largest real estate information, valuation and research centre in Thailand held the above conference every half a year to present findings of 1,200 housing projects offered in the market and some 110 newly launched real estate projects during the first half of 2009 of all types as well as prices changes and other issues as well. There were some 95 participants of developers at The Banyan Tree Hotel Bangkok.
