Land Price Changes in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region
Mr.Wason Khongchantr, Managing Director of Agency for Real Estate Affairs (AREA) and the AREA Team of Research presented the findings on Bangkok Land Price, 1994-2009 which was first conducted in 1994 and consecutively conducted every year until today. This seminar was held at the Anoma Hotel, Rachdamri, Bangkok.
