Real Estate Information for National Planning
Agency for Real Estate Affairs (AREA) invited some 150 participants from various government offices to participate at a conference on real estate information for national planning where AREA presented its finding from primary research on housing in Bangkok, resort properties, land prices, the decrease of property prices affected by the unrest in the South, infrastructure developments and housing in the ASEAN Region and the like.  This is an academic contribution of AREA to the public.
