Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs spoke on the above topic at the Debsirin Alumni Association at the Monthly Get Together on every first Friday with some 60 participants. Dr.Sopon was an alumnus who studied during 1972-1975.
