AREA Organized an exclusive seminar on "Real
Estate Development in the Eastern Seaboard, a
Case of Housing in Chonburi" where 120 projects
were surveyed. The fee was approximately US$ 110
(Baht 4,500). There are quite a few participants.
This implies that more people were aware of the
value of information.
