Workshop: International Valuation Standards for Nepal.
The Napali Real Estate Developers Association and the Brihat Investment jointly organized this workshop in order to start real estate valuation profession in Nepal. Speakers included the President of the association as well as Mr.Om Rajbhandary, President of the Brihat Investment Pvt., Ltd., Mr.Ramachar from India and Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, Director, Thai Real Estate Business School and President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs
