Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs as the Chairman of the Issarachon Foundation was invited by the Institute of Global Homelessness to present a paper and discuss on issues on homelessness in London. There are around 20 experts from 10 countries involved.
