Seminar: Bangkok Land Prices Change, 1994 - 2020; Chronological Research
AREA is the only real estate information centre in Thailand which conducts survey of land price changes in Bangkok since 1994. Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, AREA President, Mr.Thiwa Nakkarat, Managing Director, presented the findings on the changes in land prices of 200 sample plots as the first hand information for exclusive investors at the Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada.
