On Monday, September 1, 2025, Agency for Real Estate Affairs Co., Ltd. (AREA) was honored with the Outstanding Establishment Award for Labor Relations and Welfare 2025, marking the 15th consecutive year of receiving this recognition (2011–2025).

The award was received on behalf of AREA’s Thai Real Estate Research and Valuation Information Center by Ms. Wanna Phunpan, Deputy Managing Director, representing the employer; Mr. Thanadol Nakrat, Director of General Valuation Department; and Ms. Orapan Thamee, representing the employees.

The plaque and certificate of honor were presented by Rear Admiral Saroj Komkhai, Director-General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labor.

This prestigious award is granted by the Ministry of Labor based on comprehensive labor relations and welfare practices in the workplace, covering the following aspects:

• Economic welfare, such as bonuses, employee loans, and various financial support schemes

• Educational and developmental opportunities provided to employees for self-improvement and further studies
