To enhance professional and modern work practices, the Agency for Real 
Estate Affairs (AREA), led by Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai, President of the Thai 
Real Estate Information Centre (www.area.co.th), has a policy to conduct 
annual training sessions twice a year for all team members.

The goal is to strengthen skills and knowledge that can be practically 
applied in real estate consultancy, including property valuation and real 
estate market research, leading to greater efficiency.
